New Roles
So far we have looked at how school and districts teams and leaders might use the Schlechty Center Frameworks to guide transformation. Our journey has addressed systems change. But transformation also requires that educators in their respective roles also change. To guide that transformation, the Schlechty Center offers a series of tools to help educators navigate their personal changes in the journey toward transformation.
